Gentle Yoga Flow
Monday and Wednesday 5:45 - 7 PM
More challenging yoga sequences for strength, balance and flexibility. Relaxation, specific breathing techniques and meditation round out the class.

Classic yoga postures are explored, including use of modifications and props when necessary. Relaxation, specific breathing techniques and meditation round out the class. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga for Beginners
Thursday 9:30 AM - 10:45 AM and 5:45 - 7 PM
Learn basic yoga postures, breathing techniques and the six healthy movements for your spine, along with time for meditation. Gentle and suitable for all.
Chair Yoga
Tuesday 5:45 - 6:45 PM
Classic yoga postures for strength, flexibility and balance with the support of a chair. Relaxation, specific breathing techniques and meditation round out the class. Suitable for all fitness levels and those recovering from injury or surgery.
Noon Yoga for Relaxation
Wednesday Noon (online only)
This class is the perfect mid-day break - deep stretches held and supported by straps and props, the six healthy movements for your spine, and time for meditation.

This quote inspired me to create a yoga oasis: a place to relax and recharge in a non-competitive, soothing space. For me, relaxation, postures, breathing, and meditation are equally important. My classes combine postures for joint health, muscle relaxation, strength, flexibility, and balance.
For more than 20 years I have been teaching yoga and meditation in the Buffalo, New York area, and have been in my current location for 12 years.
